One of my favorite projects every summer is working on this planner. Seriously. I look forward to creating something new to get me excited about the next school year…all the while helping myself get organized. This planner just works for me, so the general layout stays the same…but this year I have added quite a few more documentation pages due to the change in my needs at a new school.
For the first time since it's inception, I've included editable cover pages! These are included as PowerPoint files, so you can add your name or whatever information your little big heart desires. I get inundated with requests to personalize these each year, and while I wish I had the time to do that, I gotta be honest…I would rather go to the beach. So now you can do it yourself! If you need fun fonts, make sure you check out Kimberly Geswein…her fonts are free to download for personal use and she has some of my favorites!
Same as last year, I included a one and two page spread for calendars August through July. But I added a Year at a Glance for the whole school year because I had a few requests for it and…it's just plain helpful. Thanks for the suggestion!
Some of the extras include these…new to the crew is a Data Summary, which I really needed for my portfolio at the end of my year last year. And there are two versions of the To Do list, one has check boxes for list making. Can I get a woot for a list with checkboxes?! WOOT WOOT!
Therapy planning made SO easy! The four box templates were in previous years' versions, but I added another page for planning by group. I plan to use this one the most since I typically do the same general activities for some of my groups…like all K, 1, 2 groups do the same articulation activity each week and all 3, 4, 5 do the same. Usually. I just felt like I needed something like this, so I made it. 🙂Last are the logs. The Paperwork one should look reallllll familiar, cause it's an OG. But the rest are new…again, just things I need now that I never needed before.
The packet also has back covers, descriptions, and directions. I typically bind mine together as I've shown you before, but you can also use a binder. I am doing a hybrid approach this year…I'll share more soon 🙂
