These 3 easy activities are a little fine motor, a little sensory, and a lot of speech and language!
Sensory Bin
Make a basket with mini erasers, spider rings, or mini objects, and then use washi tape or string to make a web to cover the top. Add some tongs so your students can grab the objects and then cover a picture or word to practice. I used these Halloween verbs but you could also do artic pics or anything else!
Play Dough Monsters
Play dough and googly eyes! I covered the circles on a dot page, then have your students practice their target, then push the eyes into the playdoh to make a monster or spider! You can find spider dot pages here and monster dot pages here.
Peek-a-Boo Bags
Hidden pictures sensory bag! Put a sheet of targets behind the bag or use packing tape to put it inside, then fill the bag with a little dollar tree hair gel and a squirt of paint. They can move the goo around to find the pictures to practice! I used mini articulation pics from this resource.
These activities are super easy to put together and guaranteed to engage your learners in their speech therapy sessions!
